Since it's quite hard to sing a song like this along with pretty exhausting choreography, apparently they practiced their vocals by singing LOCO LOCO on a treadmill. That's a pretty daunting but effective way to hone your skills, and it shows they nailed this! :)

There was a 4 episode documentary about their preparation for Eurovision, including the part you mentioned, they also trained to sing while jumping on boxes in the gym etc..
