I love eurypterds I had the chance to hunt for them once I found 2 pterygtides which made the trip super hard work though

Good to know there are places besides Lang’s in NY to find these beasties! You should invest in some chisels to split the rock with, it’s much easier and more controllable. The near-complete one is an excellent find, I’ve spent long days finding just pieces. Thanks for sharing!

Those were my thoughts exactly! I found that the rock here was to tough, the maul worked better than chisels. I would say the next tool to bring would be a jack hammer lol
