The definitive version for me. The simple acoustic performance, the echoes, the fine vocal arrangement have stuck since I first saw the video in '88. Had it in my head and had to look it up. An arresting and beautiful version of a great song which makes it criminal for not being included in the remasters! One of Annie's best performances! 🚅🌆 I believe this was recorded in The Church. Eurythmcis converted a church into a studio.
