EUSEBIO PEDROZA VS JORGE LUJAN

Eusebio Pedroza defended his boxing fight title for the 19th and penultimate time against fellow Panamanian and former Bantamweight world champion Jorge Lujan. This is a significant boxing fight video for Eusebio Pedroza, apart from being his final successful defense Jorge Lujan was the man who defeated Alfonso Zamora. Zamora had knocked out Pedroza years ago. The opening rounds were scorching as Lujan took the boxing fight video to the champion, but once Pedroza hurt him the fight slackened down to Pedroza's favor. For his last successful defense, it was a good show of Pedroza's strengths his jab, his chin, his fluid upper-body movement, brutal body-punching.

Eusebio Pedroza was such a great champion that not even the other featherweight champions from the WBC wanted a piece of him: Salvador Sanchez, Danny Lopez, Azumah Nelson, Wilfredo Gomez nor Juan LaPorte wanted an unification match with this great champion. A very underrated and COMPLETE FIGHTER that didn't get the props that he should. He was indeed one of the best fighters of the 80s decade. May he rest in peace.
