I like to think Kid has as much potential as Magneto in terms of how OP he can get, if not stronger. Might be a little bit of a reach but imagine control over the electromagnetic spectrum, creation of wormholes, etc.

The thing with Magneto though is that his power isn’t actually just magnetism. It’s Electromagnetism, one of the fundamental forces of the universe and the power is basically borderline reality warping.

Honestly, everyone’s all hyped about Luffy and Law and stuff and I’ve just been WAITINGGG for a video about Kid. We all know the small snipits about Kid’s crew, especially Killer, like that he probably grew up poor, Killer was his childhood friends, and then the whole thing about Killer’s SMILE fruit incident, It’s a perfect opportunity to shine the spotlight on Kid and I just can’t wait. I also wanna see more of Kid’s frenemy relationship with Luffy like we’ve kind of seen already during the Wano arc. What I’m most anticipating though is seeing Luffy’s ability to make friendships working it’s magic on Kid because when Luffy and Law’s alliance was revealed, it kind of paralleled Kid’s alliance with Hawkins and Apoo. But as we know, both of them ended up betraying Kid, so I want to see Kid regaining trust in people through Luffy and his crew, that would be the icing on the cake for me. I love how much enthusiasm was put I to this video, it just makes me even more excited to know someone else feels the same way as I do!

When the magnetic poles of metals become dis-aligned, magnets lose their power. This happens slowly over time, and quickly during times of shock. So... Kaido smashing the Kidbot would result in him making the metal, at least until it is re-aligned, nonmagnetic.

It's a devil fruit, I highly doubt that is how it works man. Luffys arm doesn't become smaller when he punch at a super long distance (not king kong gun, just his basic bunch), which is not what happens to actual rubber if you were to stretch it. Devil fruits are not realistic in any respect, no offense but stop trying to place real world limitations onto ficitional magical fruits who make you unable to swim.

Theory: Kidd's fruit is a paramecia version of Eneru's logia fruit. Instead of turning into electricity, Kidd can control electricity and therefore, he can control metal through electromagnetism. Also, it would make sense with Kidd's heavy metal theme since he would be able to power and play many electric instruments simultaneously.

Magnetism is still controlled by the field strength caused by the magnetic flux. If kaido hits with enough force to move the metal outside the magnetic flux field kid isn't getting that back. Plus to keep reforming the arm would take quite a lot of energy. I'm not saying he can't do that but he won't be able to continuously do that if the arms get obliterated with each collision.

If you can control magnetism, you could potentially control electromagnetism, one of the fundamental forces of nature. Doing so you would mean Kid could do things like cause objects (or himself) to become essentially intangible (the electromagnetic fields would be so small that nothing would make contact), he could also increase or decrease the force of any object, and even cause things to disassemble. What’s amazing to me about what Oda has shown us thus far of Kid’s abilities is how unimaginative he’s been. If I made a list of 1000 things I could do if I had magnetic powers, creating a giant arm out of scrap metal would be number 1001. Has Oda never read an X-Men comic or seen the films? I get that perhaps Oda doesn’t want to be seen as copying Magneto, but c’mon, he has a magnetic Devil fruit, do more than just punching stuff.

Couple ultimate move ideas for kid 1. Magnetic world: kid grabs a bunch of tiny scrap metal and constantly repels and attracts them extremely fast in a sphere shape so anything in this area basically gets thrashed to oblivion. 2. Junk yard: kind of like chibaku tensei and sand coffin from naruto. Kid hits his opponent into the air then attracts a bunch of metal objects to create a small planetoid then slowly crushes it making it smaller and smaller until the enemy is crushed to death. I honesty think Oda could do a lot with Kid, some ideas I have are: - kid being able to make his own planetary devastation like Pain in Naruto but with metal scraps - kid making a magnetic armor which allows kid to create an magnetic wave armor that would protect him from every source of attack - magnetokinetic regeneration, which allows him to heal his body sooner than others

Cover the whole sky with heavy metal and then coat it with armanant haki. He can also use the weapons factory to make a giant robot or create new weapons, these weapons can use sea prism stones too since they originated from Wano. Kidd's opponent doesn't necessarily have to be Kaido, Kaido would still beat him so you need someone who could go toe to toe with Kidd so that he can show his full strength. I was thinking someone from the Tobi Roppo, maybe Sasaki.

Kidd is honestly one of the most interesting Supernova. He hasn't gotten focus like the other characters, but we actually know so much of the things he's done. He fought Shanks, and came out having only lot an arm. He took on Kaido alone when his allies betrayed him, he lost, but his will wasn't conquered. He took down one of Big Mom's Sweet Commanders, but that wasn't necessarily his limit. He said he went in, got what he wanted, and simply left. Kidd has to have way more under his belt that we simply haven't seen yet, just on his own he wasn't able to beat Kaido because he hadn't learned Ryou.

I love the giant robot idea; we've seen the "Giant Warrior/Construct" devil fruit attack before with: Galdino's Wax, Magellan's Poison, Pica's Stone, Bege's Big Father, Tesoro's Gold, Douglass. Given what we've seen I think Perospero, Katakuri, and Big Mom could do the same. So there's a precedent for the giant "thing" concept; seeing Kid's Punk Rock/Death Metal/Steampunk version would be pretty badass. Lifting the ship- Didn't Shiki make his ship "fly" with his DF power? Theoretically if Kid's ship had enough metal, he probably could make it levitate. What I'd suggest is giving Kid a scene where he begins taking apart the vessels of his opponents. Pull all the screws, nails and metal supports out of the ships and buildings to make them collapse on said opposition. The whole "Law puts Metal inside Kaido" thing; I wonder if Law could use "Tact" to replace Dragon form Kaido's scales with scrap? Some angles I just thought of are: what if Kid went against his typical method and went smaller instead of bigger? Picture this; using his power or preplanning, Kid pulverizes the metal into shards. Now Kid is basically a walking Gatling gun. If he goes even smaller, he could force the metal into an enemy's pores, and shred them from the inside out. If you've ever got carbon fibers on your skin; picture that but with tiny exact-o blades or something.

I dunno about you, but when the three were wrecking things in Sabaody (I think that's when that happened), Kid's attack really made an impression. Not only was it awesome, but I was struck by how similar the pose was to the Hell and Heaven move from GaoGaiGar. The thought that he might make a super robot, I feel, could definitely be a possibility and would be an insane reference and foreshadowing of his ability.
