An instructional guide for the removal and installation of the high voltage EV battery on a Hyundai Ioniq 5, using the Laser Tools mobile 230V electro-hydraulic table lift. The lift features an adjustable, tilting, lifting platform which allows easy access under the vehicle for disassembly and removal of EV battery packs, internal combustion engines and transmissions. Fitted with a composite wooden table surface with specially milled openings for easy battery fastener/EV connection or transmission access. Two models are available: 1.0 tonne (Part No. 8524) and 1.4 tonne capacity (Part No. 8525).

Hi Juha, The original IONIC 28Kw car has a different setup to the IONIC 5 shown in the video. We have not performed a battery swap on the earlier vehicles so we cannot comment on the procedures required.
