नाचं ना जाने आगन टेड़ा, ये महाशय एंट्री लेवल गाड़ी की बात कर रहे हैं , जो २४ किलो वाट की होती है १०-१०० % चार्ज करने पर ८ घंटे लेती है मगर १०% में कोई नहीं करता ४० % होने में लगाते हैं तो फुल चार्ज होने में ३ घंटे लगते हैं, रात को चार्ज में लगाते हैं सुबह चार्ज मिलती है । फ़ास्ट चार्जिंग में आधा घंटा लगता है, जो अब हर जगह उपलब्ध है । रनिंग कॉस्ट एक रुपये से भी कम । रही बैटरी की बात तो कंपनी ८ साल या १६०००० किमी की वारंटी देती है मगर बैटरी १०-१२ साल चल जाती है उसके बाद अगर रेंज कम होती है तो जो सेल कमजोर हो जाते हैं वही चेंज होते हैं सारी बैटरी नहीं ।

I did dehradun to manali trip ( went to Sissu ) it was 1000KM round trip, 3 people in the EV and total charging on fast chargers in hotels & restraunts while enjoying meals. Total charging cost for this trip came out to be under 2500 Rs. My ICE vehicle would have cost me 2 full tanks around (9 to 10k Rs) and a burned clutch plate in Solang Valley traffic jam. I checked Volvo bus tickets to Manali which were 1500 per person. Most of the chargeres are at restraunts & hotels where we can plan our meals while the vehicle tops up. What you are saying is your fear about down sides of EV, you have sold them not used them. I have been using them since past 2 years now. With EV you do more trips because petrol cost is an eliminated factor. You drive more because of driving comfort. No fear of clutch plate, engine getting too hot in hills & stalling the car engine.

First Check the exact number of years covered under this terminology, secondly check the process to dispose these batteries once they are out of use. what will happen to all chemicals inside the batteries and other components?? To know the exact damage on environment we need exact data per year about the number of batteries disposed and the amount in weight, that is, how many kilograms of the chemicals are being disposed, how many other electronic or plastic is being disposed and in what manner? only then we can calculate the exact or tentative damage to environment.

This bloggers are misleading people, i am charging my Tata Nixon Ev on 15 amp at my residence. I connected the same with my existing meter, didn't pay any extra for chargers n the full set up cost me 3k. Evs are fun to drive , zero maintainance and have done 33k kms in 2 years, no issues till Date and paid 60k on electricity bill against 3.3Lakh on petrol at an avg of 10km per litre. Have saved 2.7 lakh . Go for EV, it's fun and can be the future if all myths n miscommunication is stopped by this bloggers..

When warranty is 8 years...why on easy would you change the battery? Yes batteries degrade...so instead of 200kms till will give 180km after 10 years or 100,000km. Valid points on ev home charging. EVs have zero maintenance .. yes zero, FYI Tata cars are bad..so no point comparing. Charging must always be 100% on LFP, not 80%. Which EV did you own and how many kms cover? Yes there is no second hand market for eve at the moment.

Buy ev car only when have own house and solar panel installed which should be same or higher ourput than charger. Else societies are now a days rejecting ev installations as its not part of their designs, too many wires and overload.
