EV6 fixed for now but Kia need to sort the 12V issues

I agree that they should have a reliable 12v system. I converted my mx5 to an ev in 2008 and haven't had 12v problems. Also i decided to keep my ipace and haven't had any 12v issues other than needing to replace the 2× 12 batteries after 100000km and 4.5yrs. Still don't understand why lifepo4 batteries aren't used for the 12v system.

Mines been in the garage for 4 weeks waiting for a new battery can’t get them quick enough apparently a shortage due to demand that’s tells you everything you need to know it’s a big huge issue and nothing is done about it it’s cheaper for them to keep replacing and then after 2 years the cost is down to you.
