Love the job on the EVA, but what about the rod blank underneath the EVA . Isn’t dangerous to pour boiling water on it? I’ve always knew that carbon fiber is highly sensible to heat. Keep on the good job . Greetings 🙏

The surface of the carbon rod is coated with either epoxy or urethane. Both epoxy and urethane are heat resistant to over 100°C. Carbon's heat resistance is much higher, so it can be used in boiling water👍 But it cannot withstand the temperature of fire.

Can you please make a video on how to fix drag cap of shimano reel ? I have a nexave. I think ultegra has same mechanism of drag cap as the nexave.

@@GENCHI_Fish I tried assembling but the sound doesn't come. There is a spring and a small plastic piece, if I keep the plastic piece simply over the spring the sound doesn't come. I made lots of adjustments and then I got the sound for increase in drag not for decrease

@@fishingislife34 If you have a big spring in the center and a small spring and a small plastic part on the side, the sound will be made. Make sure that the pin that holds the last large plastic part is in the groove.

@@GENCHI_Fish all the parts are intact right now but the position of plastic piece(round shape peice with a tip rising up from it) placed in such a way that both back and forth is clicking. Only the front clicks for me I don't know why
