She's my favourite version of her. I've nothing against Katie, but the writers did her character far better than in the BBC version, in the BBC version she was a mindlessly bitter and sought punishment over all who rejected her more so than proper power, This version is not only more faithful to the original tales, but is far more evil, more cunning, more manipulative, more psychotic, more greedy, but above all: she is of a villainy where you don't feel sorry for her at all, and that's good, villainy should be inexcusable, villainy should be plain, villainy should be seen as unworthy of pity because once you show pity to the monsters, they only see it as weakness and take advantage of it despite what the idealistic sentimental, excessively optimistic romantics like to imagine.

I liked her better than Katie tbh. I don't think Katie's Morgana was written well at all in the last two seasons. Her character arc was terrible, and as much as I like Katie, I don't think she's a good actress at all. Eva's Morgan was one of the best ever on screen in terms of characterisation and acting.

Jeez, they botched this series by not making a second season........ but Michael Hirst went on to make Vikings. I thought Eva Green was great as Morgan. The show also had Phillip Winchester from Strike back and Clive Standen who played Rollo in Vikings.
