You can use regular table salt (not done to taste) lol. Pour as much as u want in a pan with steaming water. U sit over the pan the steam rises up goes up in your lady bits. You can sit in it too if u want to. It helps with the healing but i guess it's what got it tight n right seeing these steam baths. Im 5mths pp sometimes i rinse with vinegar 2 kids no tears no stitches n its still "toite"

You can use pink Himalayan sea salt for the bath too. Does the same thing. You can get it at Whole Foods. If you constantly get infections after a bath, clean your feet prior to getting in and add a little hydrogen peroxide to your water. Just a little. I've been doing it before it became a trend. It does actually help PMS pain. You can do it at home, which is what I've done numerous times. eat clean and water is VERY important too for vaginal health!!! Eating fried foods and junk particularly dairy, meat, onions, asparagus, broccoli and select other foods will make you vagina stank.😤 However drinking Komboucha, a little daily and other foods like organic saurkrout, fruits like pineapple, mango, kiwi, melon help your fluids smell better.....Also women need to lift weights heavy ones multiple times a week I do 4-5... to stay keep muscles string lose and maintain weight and keep the vaginal area tight and strong as well 💪🏾
