You can use regular table salt (not done to taste) lol. Pour as much as u want in a pan with steaming water. U sit over the pan the steam rises up goes up in your lady bits. You can sit in it too if u want to. It helps with the healing but i guess it's what got it tight n right seeing these steam baths. Im 5mths pp sometimes i rinse with vinegar 2 kids no tears no stitches n its still "toite"

If you constantly get infections after a bath, clean your feet prior to getting in and add a little hydrogen peroxide to your water. Just a little.
