I don't know if you are still on this earth, Eva, but I am in tears watching your gracious and beautiful soul. I wish I had you in my life. Eva, I am not old, but am now housebound due to disability, and I have felt my life is over for a very long time now, and I often wished it were over. I feel so useless. I love the Lord, and He is sovereign over what has happened to me, so I am at peace with it because He reigns and has prepared a place for me in heaven. I can sew, and I never thought of this. Watching you reminds me of the sheer joy that there will be in heaven, being with Him, but also meeting you and people like you and having all of you around me. Your singing was like a balm for my spirit, a reminder that He was sent to bind up the broken hearted.Thank you, dear sister in Christ, for sharing your life, your work and beautiful photos with us.

If I may interject. A friend of mine got kicked out of her 'home' at 15 and found herself on the streets. Providencially she got a job behind a sewing machine in the sail making industry. She meanwhile, in the evenings, designed and sewed 400 dresses and then opened up her own women's boutique and ran a fairly successful business. Now she's past retirement but being a devout Christian I know what she would say: 'we have derived all our creative gifts from God who is THE creator of all things. Therefore having been created in His image, it is our desire to create (what ever the medium). Put you burdens to prayer and ask the Lord to fill your heart with joy and ask Him to allow you to fill your desires in being creative (if that be sewing) for a worthy cause and to His glory. What better "purpose" could there be?!

Goodness I was doing ok till they showed the little girls with the dresses. Oh you know they loved them, they felt pretty.All little girls love dresses. Then at the end when she looked at the camera and said "Thank you" I felt a warm tear going down my face. Oh what a day that will be when my sister and friend in Christ I shall see, Ms. Eva !!!!
