I dont have any idea on sewing before but now im age 41 starting to sew as my hobby on my free time. I remember my Mom's advices on sewing and now little by little starting to remember each of it. My sewing sometimes goes good also but sometimes its not. So i cried and talkin to my mom in my mind to help me and teach me how to, so i decided to be calm all the time concentrate and THANKS to KZbin that i can do a self study and learn how to sew while watching. And everytime i made a totebag i offered it to Her and sayin Look i've made it ! Im always missin my Mom everytime im in front of the sewing machine .

I was born in 1959 & in 2009 I bought my first sewing machine so I could teach myself to sew holsters and other outdoor products. When I first got my sewing machine I remember thinking to myself that I could teach myself to sew. I thought, back then, if little old ladies can sew then so can I? Folks, the first thing I learned about sewing: it ain't so easy for me to teach myself to sew! 2019 I still sew using my Adler machine but I had to promise my mom that when we chat that I can not pester her about how to sew (for God's sake, Michael, go take some sewing classes). My mother still sews using a Viking and I have several of her quilts. I graduated in 1977 and wore a custom tailored, three-piece suit she sewed to my graduation. Currently I am considering buying a third machine, a commercial walking foot for leather. Today I am a decent sewing machine operator and really enjoy the learning process and challenges.

When you do for the Lord Jesus, all you want is a person to feel His love throught your hands. It is like you have been a tool. If someone thanks you for something like that, you say "do not thank me, thank God. He gave it to you, not me". You know what would bem amazing? One little girl, as a grown woman, converted to Jesus, saying "that one day, I did not have a dress to wear on Christmas, but God provided me a box full of gifts, and a brand new handmade dress. I felt so loved that one day." Giiiirl, you have no idea how that would make me get on my knees and thank God for being a useful servent. God bless you.

I made a baby quilt out of purple and green fabrics. I gave it to my neighbor age 2. She and her parents were Karin refugees from Burma. The parents were born in a refugee camp and had lived there while growing up. Can you people have an idea of How important that video was to me? I am 30 years old, but I saw myseld in that lovely lady. Like if I could see in the future. I never had sewing classes or anyone ever taught me how to do it. I just sit at home and start doing blankets and other things for poor babies. As the this lovely lady Said: I am not a preecher, but The Lord gave me hands that can sew. In the country where I live, there are a lot of poor moms. Kids without a father, kids of teenagers, kids without any kind of structure to come into the world. I make some kits, with the things babies need in the first few day of life, sew blankets, towels, little pieces of fabric to dry the babies mouth and organize it. I write down Mt 6: 31-33, pray and give to the church, so the church can give someone who needs It. Thank you, Lord, to show me there are another people with the same mission as me (a lot of times I thought it was not important). Thank you for record and share this video. You have no idea how glad I am.

Dear Ms. Eva, I too will follow in your footsteps because my mother was proficient in sewing many things and I came to a love of sewing in my late 50s; I aspire to also make little dresses for little girls and will always remember you as the Angel on Earth who leads us all to be better human beings! God Bless you today, tomorrow and always. Much Love your way!

She sewed beautiful dresses. What she did was is the example of Faith and works together. And she didn't let age come in the way.

You're a great inspiration. God bless you. I'm a beginner sewer and everyday asking the Lord's guidance. I sure would like to do something like this to help someone in need. How do I go about it. I'm not working, I'm receiving SSI. My church that I know of probably don't know about these programs. God bless you I give glory and honor to God almighty for using you as an instrument of love and peace. Very proud of you.

Costurava todas as nossas roupas. Que saudade dessa mulher tão incrível que era minha vovó mãe Nila. Um grande beijo 😘 dona Eva . Deus te abençoe.😍🙏💙🦋
