You need 7 bars AND to actually pull off the time stop IN NEUTRAL to do that, though.

For reference, that time stop? *50 frames* of startup. With no armor afaik. A singular projectile makes it poof. And that’s at 7 bars, below 7 it’s 120. At least from what I’m able to understand.
