You probably forgot about the UEC. I think they are called "United Earth Command". If you play in military incursion, it says that the UEC did not come to save you, which is why they shoot you. They also look similar to the troops from Tower Blitz, Recon Base.

Although it does make sense that Defect Rebel and Trooper are just cosmetics, but when you look at Wikipedia or press at the cosmetic when you select it while costimizing your skin in Evade, there are short descriptions about these two: • Trooper: A UEC soldier. • Defect Rebel: Rebel to the Rebellion, broke away from the anti-UEC faction. For Defect Rebel: If I wanna share my opinion on Defect Rebel, I can't tell of how to describe what his lore might be and why was he created, but in my guess, perhaps the lore will say something like: Defect Rebel was a former Rebel who is now spreading Defection (I'm not sure if he is going to be related to Elysium and Atomic) and POSSIBLY met Jard somehow. For Trooper: UEC is referring to Tower Blitz right? (The other game that the same developee of Evade, even there are cosmetics of it) I think Trooper is going to be a bystander in the lore, but in my guess, perhaps he would be a rivalry to Rebel and maybe there will be mentions about him MAYBE going to be working together with Defect Rebel to stop the Rebellion from spreading. i can see why bobo doesnt have anything to do with the lore because he is the mascot of the group and has few connection with tower blitz(another game made by the same devoloper of evade) and the bobo cameos in the game was allways in april fools on the first one he replaced every tower in the game and in the other one he was the final(?) boss of an impossible gamemode(women mode) while his normal cameos being the narrator(like commander from tds) and telling you the informations about every enemies and extra cameo of being an background character in the background of some maps. now you may be asking "why are you putting this to the table?" well because tower blitz is also pretty heavy with the lore. even tho bobo is seen as an dangerous speciment it barely has any connection to the lore

Cosmic horror that can travel throught multiverse is because bobo also appeared in Tower blitz which is terrifiying since he was a "joke" enemy and he also appear in Tower blitz lobby. I don't think this is the REAL Lore of Evade...So, Here's the Lore I think I know. (Character) Jard Jard suffers from his College Debt and has Severe Smoking Addiction. He had a Small Apartment but never payed his bills. Jard never had money to buy his Needs like Food. He Shoplifts in order to feed himself. He feels guilt of doing this.
