Hello, can you do a video on what you did in your first month of spanish? Im struggling with how to start beginner conversations and putting together sentences. I know everyone learns at different paces but im hoping to be able to put together sentences like you did for your month spanish speaking progress. Also love your hair!!😍

@@cierravael no problem. I am a little busy between work and school right now, but I do plan to upload within this upcoming week. I appreciate the suggestion. I am putting together sentences, but I have had *some* exposure to Spanish prior to making my videos. We will all profess at different speeds. Keep going either way. :-) those sentences will come.

No. Your accent is not right on terminaron. You said terminarón when it’s términáron (not how you spell it with the accents though). Written it doesn’t have an accent mark.

@@EnglishwithJoe I am focusing on listening, but I supplement my learning with this book. Respectfully, I disagree with the idea that there is a certain time I should begin reading. I began reading when I was willing and able, and will continue doing so while increasing my listening skills. Thanks!

I would disagree sir. When you are learning a new language you need input and output. Input includes reading and listening. Output includes speaking and writing. It’s all about muscle memory for all for of the different types of “put”. I’m 8 months in on my Spanish learning journey. I’ve learned the more words I read (which is input) helps me have a “storage bank of words” so when it’s time to listen(input) it makes it more easier to understand others. Sigue hacer gran mi amiga. Taking a test to pass with flying colors isn’t how I define growth. Sometimes growth comes from assessing yourself, even when don’t seem ready. The point of assessing myself is help my brain to recall information, strengthen my memory, and having fun learning the way I do best… without judgment :) It isn’t going to look pretty, it isn’t going to be anything close to perfect, and it is not going to have perfect pronunciation. Please keep your fixed mindset to yourself. Thanks.

Wow. Yeah you need to go step by step. Learn the verbs in present first. Then past tense. Learn your show very and ar and er. Who saw: “Quién vió”. Not “Quien vío”.

No. We talked: hablemos. Ar goes to er. You need a workbook that teaches everything in order and you need an app that pronounces for you.
