I just have to say that even though I totally understand the purpose of all of the UDL perspectives, there are lots of points to be made in regard to how this does not really happen in the real world and if a person cannot complete a task based on the standardized process by an industry or company, he or she will not be employable.

While watching this video, the image quality toggled back and forth from 144 to 360, until I physically selected one or the other.

I find it hard to focus on the message when the speakers make constant mistakes in switching between plural and singular forms. You lost me at 0:40 with "understanding how things works..." Are these educators or sales people?
