Evaluating, Designing, and Simulating a Ram Pump System in a river location - English

This is about evaluating a site for ram pump installation using Google Earth® as a tool in getting the terrain profile of the location. After which a design is made and simulates the design to see whether the ram pump system works. Consider this as educational material.
Gilman Model MP25 was used in the simulation.

What can I do if I don't have a lot of elevation in the river, but the river flows fast?

You need a very long series of pipe. to feed your drive tank. Place one end of the pipe at the upper portion of the river which elevation is higher than the drive tank
