Seems like Jyaire Davis is now an Orange! A good forward who can score and rebound! His outside shooting is not very good but his offense is an improvement over JT and Maliq Brown… Chris Bell can shoot but not much else. I checked his stats on ESPN and last year he had 7 offensive rebounds. And this year, playing 25+ minutes he had 6 offensive rebounds all season… He needs to make a major improvement on his rebounding next year.

Just because you haven’t seen him on mock drafts doesn’t mean there’s no team out there that’s not interested. If he goes second round, he’s gonna be a steal. A lot of guys went in the second round and became good players, some even stats. Judah’s work ethics is second to none, and he’ll earn his way onto a roster, even if he has to go through the G league, which is not unusual even for some 1 rounders. So y’all can keep on doubting him, and he’ll just keep on grinding.

Yeah I specifically mentioned it only takes one team and that's totally valid. I hope he gets drafted! All we have to work off at the moment is the mock drafts though. Appreciate you following along w the content, all love.

You and Capozzi will be have to eat your words when Judah gets drafted, albeit perhaps in the second round. And that’s only because guys ahead of him have been stamped as NBA prospects early on, unlike Judah, who is as good or better than some of them. Quite frankly, I would not bet against him. As for his shooting, JB and GMac are partly responsible for his shooting woes. He never had any issues shooting until he came to Syracuse, and JB berated him for shooting 3s. He even told him not to shoot them. One game he told him that if he shit another 3 he was coming out. He then tried to get him to promise not to shot 3s. That affected his confidence from then on. He shot the 3 pretty well in high school and AAU. As for G Mac, just because you were a good shooter doesn’t mean you are a good teacher. He actually changed Judah’s shot in terms of mechanics but he never felt comfortable with it. GMac was no help at all. In fact he didn’t even like Judah that much. Good news for Judah though is he’s making progress in his shot exponentially working with his trainer in preparation for the draft and combine. He’s tweaked some things and his shot looks way better on some videos I’ve seen. Unfortunately the development of players at Syracuse leaves something to be desired. In fact there were a lot of things going on in the program that the public was not aware of. The bottom line is that Judah will be hard to replace. Second team all conference guys don’t grow on trees. Without him Red does not have a 20 win season and he and the staff know this. Judah is working his butt off and will be rewarded by some team. His ability to get in the lane and to the rim will be an asset to him with more spacing on the floor. And with improved shooting, he’s gonna prove a lot of you guys wrong.

Judah is an amazing player and was asked to do so much. Most Cuse fans loved him and appreciate what he did for us this year. Without him we wouldn’t have won 10 games. I see him playing on NBA team for sure.

If UCF can have the nerve to post National Champions 2017 in their stadium (which never happened), Syracuse should add JB’s ACTUAL Win Total to his banner in the Dome rafters (because those wins ACTUALLY happened).
