Totally confused about the small box. I didn’t understand your explanation until I followed the Amazon link and read about it there. I see it can be referred to as a BOB (break out box). 1 main input source (power) distributed to other devices. I’m an audio guy, I have a signal flow mindset 😊

Thanks Jerry for another review and test. I bought our camper in 2022 and it had an AGM battery witch I changed to Lithium. Don't have an inverter, but the trailer is prewired for it and has solar, (maybe a future project). What size inverter do you have installed?

For the battery my only worry with this one is no built in battery heater. We live in the Albany NY area.

That’s an issue. I have another video where I created a battery cover with a thermostat controlled heater blanket. Low wattage and worked for us last winter on some low 20 degrees days.

Are you going to add a DC to DC charger to your truck? They're a great resource when driving on a cloudy/rainy day.

Not in the current plan. One reason we use the larger amperage batteries. We can get by a couple of days until the sun pops back out.

Thanks for your videos , Jerry. Very informative. I have just changed from AGM's to a 200 AH Lithium. My concern now is this: I have 14.6 Volts at my low voltage fuse block. Won't this damage my 12 v. system such as frig or furnace.......anything that runs on 12V ?

Most RV 12V devices are designed to operate at 14.4 to 14.6. If you have a 3 stage charger / converter or your solar charger, you have been running at 14.4 from time to time with a lead acid profile and AGMs usually at 14.2. I run my lithium charges at 14.4. This is the specification by most battery manufacturers.

I have a 2000 watt inverter. I mention it at 10:28 in the video. It has an internal bypass and turns on if pedestal power (campground) isn’t on.
