Omg!!! I watched your video and 2 days later when I took my grandchild home someone had thrown out a single glass shower door with a pond and swans etched in the glass from the factory!!!!! I bailed out of my car and ran across the street to get that door!!!!! Lol my daughter in law thot I was crazy!!!! No one gets what I’m trying to tell them about the water feature!!! I can’t wait! I do “beach” and water so the swans will definitely add to the water feel! Thank you so much for your video!!!!

I actually have 2 glass shower doors that have been sitting in my garage for 8 years. It was a Special Order item I picked up for a fraction of the cost. Now, I can put it to good use! Thanks, Eva😊

Hey Miss Eva!!!! I need to say "THANK YOU!!!!" for your willingness to share. I saved this video about a year ago knowing someday I'd be making one for myself. Well, time doesn't allow it for me. However, my 80 yr old father just had a surgery which has greatly, and permanently, reduced his ability to do all the things he is used to being able to do and he's one who (wrongly) believes self- worth is hinged upon productivity. His tub was removed and replaced with a walk-in shower so he had two old shower doors left over. Guess what I'm going to have him build!!! Gotta keep him productive or he'll go stir crazy. Thank you again for this idea.

Great job! My only suggestions would be. 1) don't staple the bottom of the liner, only the top (you are creating holes that don't need to be there). 2) make sure the wood that comes in contact with the glass and water has been sealed first so the water doesn't rot the wood over time.

I have 4 fountains in my home small ones of course. Now this fountain outside and this beautiful I need. I just don't get where you put lights for at night. Look for glass at thrift stores, Goodwill, Salvation Army, Savers, St. Vincent DePaul, etc. You would be surprised at what you find. Also garage sales, craigslist, etc, etc. You get what I mean. More people are doing more DIY's & using their imagination more than ever since the pandemic started. And then stuff we are creating is amazing, just like you. This is a wonderful idea & you are very concise & well-spoken. 😊😉😁

You explained how you built the frame but not how you put the feature in detail. Did the hose side towards the front or back? Where is the pump? How does it drain? Do water features recycle the water? I would greatly appreciate more info.
