As a piano player myself I can say that something like this is not easy without hours of practice getting every key PERFECT.And it's even more stressful with a whole crowd of your peers and fellow students watching. I actully played a Legend of Zelda melody once for a talent show at my school and it was stressful but I managed.

As someone who plays piano, that's not true at all. Most professional piano performances ARE sheetless, but most high school talent show performances have sheets. It really depends on the environment in most cases.
