Evan's Remains is a mystery-thriller puzzle adventure about finding a missing boy: Evan. The game combines logic-based platform puzzles with visual-novel style narrative inspired by Japanese graphic adventure games.
Evan, the genius boy, has been missing for years. One day, a letter signed by him is received, claiming he’s on an uninhabited island somewhere in the Pacific Ocean. Nobody knows why, but he asked specifically for a girl named “Dysis” to go and look for him. The player will take control of this girl, who we don’t know much about. As we follow Dysis’s adventure, questions will start to be answered little by little. All of the little puzzle pieces which seemed unrelated in the beginning will now begin to slowly fit together as the truth is slowly revealed.

looks beautiful, I like the graphics. The background, sound design, mmmh. love it. This game seems like something I would deeply enjoy. The addition of the character in a close up shot when they are talking is a great stylistic device (especially with the pixel art) I will definietly pick this game up on release. The game has been pretty good so far! If you're into platformers and some puzzles to figure out this game is for you! The story can get very deep. It's a lot more emotional than what the trailer shows! The ost is gorgeous! Hands down a good indie platformer! The fps has been pretty stable, though I did encounter a certain fps drop in one of the puzzle which had a lot going on but other than that the game is pretty smooth! The puzzles get a lot more challenging the more you progress, though they aren't really that hard as you would you just gotta think for a sec to do a lot of the hard puzzles. Highly recommended if ur into Platformer/Puzzle/Story-Driven games!!
