The easiest way to do this is on Theme Park while the hostage is inside the bunk. Pick Amaru, spawn on main entrance, enter from barrel room, and then rappel through the hatch as the hostage is just near the hatch. Pick the hostage and escape from below.

I feel like this would be fun to do with both teams onside. Only breach and intel.denial/obstruction gadgets for attack, attackers can't kill. Defenders can use all gadgets except lethal traps and can only kill with melee. I think it would be hilarious
