Love organ meats. Don't know any other bodybuilder who eats offal. So good to hear and see a bodybuilder eating these nutritious foods
@thisguy76337 жыл бұрын
Listen man, i don't eat animals, but i have to say, you know your shit. You are one of the only bodybuilders that i have seen actually care about nutrition to the extent of acknowledging which vitamins and minerals are in which foods. Just amazing. You rarely see bodybuilders eating this clean. Most of the time, i see lots of "day in the life" videos with Oreos and Five Guys. I see a lot of Fruity Pebbles and Sour Patch Kids as well. But rarely do i ever see quality meat and veggies with herbs/spices/vitamins/minerals etc. You are inspiring. I mean that from the bottom of my heart.

One of the most intelligent bodybuilders out there. Period. I love to watch your uploads as those are educational and very entertaining. I am also very happy to see someone eating the food, which is very traditional and completely normal to eat in my country of origin (Hungary) . I usually do not pay attention of fellow athletes' videos as not everything works for us 'regular guys" .However I love your approach to the sport and nutrition. Wishing you a speedy recovery from your very recent injury.

Absolute respect for this guy. I have been doing so many of the things he has made videos on, it is very refreshing to see an accomplished professional promote the balanced diet.
