@Miguel Deer If you think it's all makeup that makes beautiful eyes well no. If you look at even early pictures of Amy back in high school she had those well shaped eyes and of course that eye color. Yes makeup helps bring out pretty eyes. But makeup doesn't make pretty eyes. Look and the video Nobodies Fool. In screens where she was wear very little makeup. Her eyes are still pretty. In the scene with the motorcycle I thought the over doing of eye makeup made her eyes look not very good at all. The wrong makeup can ruin eyes as well. You either have a naturally pretty face or you don't. Makeup helps bring it out. But it doesn't make a pretty face.

Usually comes down to a percentage, kinda an agreed percent for a contract period. Sometimes hired guns are used, if they want an extra guitarist for a tour or to record a track they will offer a set amount to play per show or for an entire tour. With her being the primary writer, she will probably receive the highest percentage, along with most if not all the actual royalties.
