If you're talking about her voice cracks, it's because her voice had been working wayy too hard for wayy too long. She needed a break. By the end of the song, especially on that "I'm about to lose my mind" line, and after, you can really hear the hoarseness. Other than that, it was perfect.

I've met her three times and I completely agree with you. I was mostly surprised by her height because I'm 4' 10" and I didn't have to get on my tippy-toes or anything to hug her around the neck. She's really gorgeous face-to-face. I always think people are insane when they mention her weight. She is really just average.
