I still remember when i was young dealing with sever anxiety and depression , i just had this song on my headphone while walking and watching people's faces i was there in that crowd but still felt so alone , Amy's voice was all i had to comfort me , this song felt like a warm cuddle i don't know how to explain it but yeah , i still come back to it whenever i need to feel that cuddle again ..

This is a perfect portrait of that utter sense of isolation you feel when you're deep in the throes of depression. I now recognize how important it was to teenage me to have this song show me I wasn't alone out there in the darkness. Thankfully, now that I'm on the other side of it, I can tell that people were indeed missing me. They cared all along and I'm happy to be able to see it again.

This song keeps reminding me of my worst times, but it’s so beautiful. It’s exactly how I felt when my parents found out about my sh scars a few years ago and didn’t try to help me and my mental health very much. It felt like they never took me seriously. I’m still struggling, but I know if I keep acting okay, like all that never happened, then they won’t be disappointed in me.

This song got me through some desperately dark times as a teenager. Growing up as a red head guy with freckles was a lot harder than any child should ever have to go through. Kids are insanely cruel, and they only seem to get worse. I'm just so incredibly thankful to have found this song when it first came out. The words resonate in a way I cannot describe. Had depression back on college years. The feeling of alone and lonely contributed a lot. Had suicidal thoughts back then but remembering God prevent me for committing. A Sagittarian like me, Amy could express her feelings in a way I could easily understand, and even though the bad traumas and experiences were different, the emotions were very similar. I listen to this and I can still remember the time when I had the will and the power to change my life into something better instead of the ruin it has become.

I remember watching a Fatal Frame II edit with this song in the early years of KZbin. Still in awe how much this song matches the storyline perfectly. Love this song till this day!
