I think ending that speech in a reiteration of I Am Coming would instill a bit more dread than "I am here." If this were truly a scion of doom and destruction belting upon us from the heavens, that last I Am Coming would leave people petrified of the future rather than thinking, "Well, where are you?" Besides that, I think it was pretty well written.
