I personally knew Evangelist Higgins when she was alive. we use to attended the same Church under the leadership of Apostle S,A Cole at 35 West Avenue, Kingston 13. Her husband was the pastor at the branch in White House Westmoreland. She was a joyful sound in her ministry of Religious gospel songs. The God called her home . I'm Minister Leroy Stewart.
