Evangelist Louise Patterson I first want to tell you how much I love you for that care you feel for others that I hear in your voice each time you speak. You have definitely kept Bishop G.E.Patterson legacy alive. I actually feel the love you have for him. I too was deeply saddened by his death, but we all know that man has a special place with God. Even so, it hurts, and we just carry on. He is why I'm commenting to you after seeing his sermon today. First of all thank you so much for continuing his sermons on tv. Not only does it seem like he's still here, his sermons are still relavent.. Bishop Patterson was really my first introduction into C.O.G.I.C. faith,and Shirley Caesar. Back in 1982, I was going thru anxieties affecting my nerves dealing with coworkers. I would cry most every morning driving to work hating to go there, and it was getting worse and worse . Then one morning I turned my radio on Bishop Patterson and I listened as he spoke. I noticed first how he said every word so clearly, and I liked that, then I paid attention to his message, and believed what he said and I felt a ray of hope. The radio then played Shirley Caesar an she became my fav.gospel singer, because I could also feel her love and faith thru her singer. Through them giving me what they did, God pulled me up out of that pit, and placed my feet on solid ground. I love C.O.G.I.C members. Thank you all for all you do for me and others. Grace is definitely on you Evangelist Louise Patterson. Love you.
