The fact that it's electronic is very interesting, it certainly wouldn't look out of place as a laser rifle

I own the Rainstorm Bullpup 3D from these guys. I've found it to be accurate to 100 yards (probably even further). It's easy to shoot, quieter, and just as deadly. PCP guns are getting to where they are better than firearms IMHO.

No. Look for 50 cal pellets for that, also there are a lot of laws about shooting dear with air rifles, so read up.

head shot yes, I have seen people take down deer with a .22 and .25 marauder. Thats about 30 ft lb to 45 ft lb. This gun is putting out close to 80 ft lb.
