Evans RealFeel vs. Vic Firth Double-Sided Practice Pads

Could you recommend which one is more suitable for drum set practice? between Vic firth single sided pad and Evans double sided drum pad.

I'd recommend a double sided pad if you're choosing between single or double sided, it's nice to have a couple different types of surfaces to switch between that give you different feedback and rebound with the sticks.

When I put them side by side and play they feel about the same, on both sides.
