Highly recommend the experience, it's actually a lot easier than you think, it took me about half an hour at my PC, and that's on the high end :-)

@@justadirtblock681 Getting the materials is the hard part my guy. Not everyone just has a micro SD card, an SD card adapter, a PC with a port capable of inserting an SD card, etc.

@@jantheking7028the pc is probably the biggest road barrier, micro as cards are pretty cheap and while you‘re at the tech store you can also grab a USB to SD adapter

I installed it on the original non foldable Nintendo 2ds when I modded it. The moment I started playing the CTGP 7 mod, I instantly became hooked. They literally added tons of goodies on it. It's pretty much like a 3ds Mario Kart 7 version of the Booster Course Pass. Not only a s*** ton of tracks (many fanmade including 2 Crash Team Racing tracks & track from Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing) were added but also more items were added, enhanced vehicle features like the boost stunt that now let you flips in the air, plus A F*****G 1P VS MODE FINALLY! Also custom cc class adjustment, custom number of ai racers and tons more features.

Its very awesome, the characters are all nintendo quality, no exageration, they look exactly like oficial characters, only some could have a bit more polishing like maybe sonics eyes and kirbys body. The tracks are also all almost nintendo quality and the mod is still geting big updates, some days ago they added bowser junior, some other, spiky paratroopa and my boy paratroopa, seriously, paratroopa and drybones are my favorite characters in all of mario kart franchise, king boo close 3rd, yet, paratroopa has only apeared in double dash, hes not even in tour bro, when a character is not in tour yk nintendo has something against them

Yes only if it not replacing a CT or else the game will crash and make sure not to troll anyone on CTWW or else you might get banned for an entire month. That why I’m Using the discord server CTWW chat you now if someone did report someone that would most likely be banned.

Yes, but they are also interchangeable. In the menus you can switch between having the new characters and old characters.

If you and everyone you are going to play with use ctgp7 then yes, but if you use ctgp7 and another player uses Mario kart 7 then their game will crash if you choose a custom track or use a custom item like fake item Box or mega mushroom, CC selector and custom characters should be fine if you use it but not everyone else in download play

Is there anyway to get an updated version of Mario Kart 7 without updating it? In order to update it, I have to fully update my 3DS, which I don’t want to do, because I’ve heard it can break your 3ds if it’s homebrewed

@@ShinyHuntr1710 I updated the 3ds about a week ago. It was the most nervous train wreck I’ve ever had XD. it was updating and then Luma3DS said “error, outdated software” before rebooting the 3ds. Only problem, said reboot lasted HALF AN HOUR. So I sat with a black screen for half an hour practically begging and hoping it wasn’t bricked. I was about ready to just close the screen and give up when it turned on lol. Mario Kart 7 updated and now works 😎. The things I go to to play Banana in Mario Kart 7 lmao
