I loved watching the compilation of Melanie, who wouldn’t she’s an absolutely beautiful dancer but it’s not just the turns it’s her working with everybody else there it’s the gracefulness of her arms and her legs and her abilities to look effortless as she goes through these routines she doesn’t look like she’s breathing hard just lovely to watch. I love the stage stuff. I love to watch the whole troop working together, it’s beautiful

The mind your P's and Q's clip of Melanie practicing and the other dancer behind her doing the same routine was very informative for me. I've other short clips of the students showing one variation or another and someone is usually behind them doing the same steps etc and I have now learned that they are simply doing what they are supposed to as students which is practice what they know.

I know NOTHING about ballet. My entire exposure to it has been YT sending these shorts across my feeds... and I'm thankful it did. Her lines are exquisitely beautiful. When she's doing her pirouettes it seems to me that something that perfect can only happen in my dreams.

Can anybody tell me the name of the variation at the end? The one with lots of piqué that says "dancers can end up with a blood rush to their hands". I love the var. and it's driving me crazy 😭
