Brilliant thanks buddy that is the best by a long shot the clearest straight forward but complete explanation of what how and why the controller, wires and app works along with the parts and mechanism they operate. And believe I am not a young newbie to electric scooters. I'm 57 has electric scooters for over 20years way before they finally became popular and still have 4 Razors 2 older E100s, E300 and E300S folder with seat and wide wheels. Plus new kinds, Ninebot Segway e22, Hover 1 eagle, Windgoo, Jungle one, Electric and Aovo pro, all brought as non-runners and dirt cheap, I have a BMX cross with a kid's mountain bike rear wheel and suspension frame welded on I intend powering. A tricycle that I will also be powering. I'm multi traded in construction and mechanical engineer in most variables and started all this being promoted to engineering inspector after just my first 3 months in my very first job leaving school. So I hope this helps you realise how much and how good you are doing this. Great stuff only a fool knows it all. We can learn something new from anyone and everyone even a new born you learn when they need changing lol nice one. I was just looking to wire a new Chinese writing only controller and converting one of the above into Duel drive. Thanks again

Is this controller the same as Daymaks Turbo Drive controller? The reason Im asking is because my EM1 bike has this and the Daymak company seems to have disabled their app and I cant get above 22mph with speed switch on 3rd (high). White wire? Some hub motors come with a 6 pin hall connector with a white wire. My searches say that it is a motor speed sensor or motor temperature sensor. Not sure if that's what the extra controller wire connects to?

I recently ordered a Bafang hub motor that has a 9 pin connector, but haven't received it yet. I researched what the pins are because I might use different connectors when I connect it to the controller. I was watching this video and saw that the large controller in the video has an extra short white wire. I don't know if it could be for the motor rpm wire, but since the controller in the video has Bluetooth, there might be a motor rpm screen option in the app.

I received the motor and apparently the white wire in the 9 pin connector is attached to a wheel (hub) rpm sensor. It must be used for determining speed if your display has input for wheel size. Maybe this info will help someone figure out controller wires. My controller is cheap and I am experimenting with a different configuration. I want to try to use a hub motor as a mid drive. It will probably take special homemade mounting hardware, but if it saves money it might be a worthwhile experiment.

Dude, you're so smart, I love all your videos.. but your electrical knowledge seems to be limited to wiring things onto other things. Why not open up that controller and show us how to connect different display types, different light configurations, maybe horn or turn signal with rear tail lights that have different voltage. Where can an auxiliary switch be safely installed?

We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable for MOST common BLDC controllers and how to program. We have the YMMOTORS Votol EM-70, with a 72v 55aH LiPO battery. i belive it also has a 80a BMS? Either way the shcematic/pin-out does NOT match our wiring harness to find where to connect to for programming??? I have been told to TRUST in the pin-out, and cut the wires for data cable connection. This makes me VERY afraid to burn any thing up in my laptop or controller. Im looking for someone to 1-verify the correct data cable 2-Help figure out the correct wires for data cable connection 3-If the votol 70 will meet my requirements AFTER a GOOD TUNE, or if i neeed a larger controller, and IF SO, what will work with my YM 5000w motor? 4-initial steps to get "set-up" correctly on the votol software I UNDERSTAND this process/time may be worth something! Any leads on ANYONE or a LEGIT SOURCE would also be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!! Thank you for reading.

Θέλω 2 παρόμοιους να πάρω YKZ7280JA-B Έχω μπαταρία 60ν 20a (σχετικά μικρή) αλλά άλλαξα το bms με 100α daily Nα τους πάρω κ να παίξω μπάλα με το current της μπαταρίας ή θα την κάψει? Γιατί αυτοί να καουνε δύσκολα,.. Τα μοτέρ τα έβαλα τώρα είναι 2000w 60v (πόσο αντέχουν δεν ξέρω) Σε ρωτάω γιατί είσαι ο μόνος Έλληνας που ξέρω κ έχεις τόσο καλές γνώσεις πάνω στο αντικείμενο!!!💯 Κ φυσικά το κόστος τους (είναι ακριβοί).. Δεν είναι να πεις δεν μου κάνουν κ τέλος... Σορυ για τα πολλά λόγια...

Τους controllers που θέλω να πάρω, τους είχες στα χέρια σου (σε ένα βίντεο πριν χρόνια)! Ποια η διαφορά με αυτόν που συνδέεις σε αυτό το βίντεο? Επίσης ξέχασα να γράψω.. Την 52v20a που έχω, θα την ανοίξω κ θα την κάνω όλη 4s! Έτσι να την συνδέσω στη σειρά με την 60v κ να πάρω σύνολο 72v (16s+4s=20s) Κ έστι να ανεβάσω κ τα αμπέρ! Γιατί δουλεύει με 40a σταθερά κ 80a στο πικ του! Τιιιιιιι λες...???🤷🤔🤔 Θα δουλέψει??💥💥😁

@@EVCustoms κάπου αλλού γίνεται το λάθος... Κατεβάζω την εφαρμογή (κινητό-ταμπλετ) σαν zip φάκελο Κ μετά το ανοίγω με Google drive (αλλιος δεν ανοίγει)... Εεε από κει κ πέρα, πριν καν μπω στην οθόνη με τον χιλιομετρική.. από εκεί που ψάχνει να βρει το Bluetooth για να συνδεθείτε.. Πάνω γράφει ble κ κινέζικα, βρίσκει τις Bluetooth συσκευές.. πατάω να κάνει σύζευξη κ μετά βγάζει μια οθονητσα (κ αυτή στα κινέζικα) πατάς για να συνδεθείτε! Μπαίνω στην εφαρμογή πατάω στο χιλιομετριτη δίπλα έχει "κουμπί" να αλλάξεις την γλώσσα... Πατάω αγγλικά κ δεν μου τα αλλάζει! Μήπως επειδή το ανοίγω με GOOGLE DRIVE δεν την βγάζει στα αγγλικά...? Όλα τα κάνω όπως εσύ!! Έχω βγάλει τα μάτια μου να βλέπω το βίντεο καρέ καρέ μπας κ κάνω κάτι λάθος! Το μόνο που δεν καταλαβαίνω είναι εκεί που πατάς στο κινητό σου να τρέξει η εφαρμογή με τι πρόγραμμα το ανοίγεις...

Αλλά στο σημείο που κουμπώνω ή ξεκουμπωνω την φύσα, εκεί δουλεύουν οι 3 από τις 4 ( η μία δεν κάνει τίποτα) Μήπως τα καλώδια....? Να αλλάξω το + με το σήμα (πράσινο).. Με έχει σκάσει αδερφέ κ συγνώμη που τρελαινω κ σένα! Τα άλλα μήνυματα (προηγούμενα) τα σβήνω!!
