I agree. I never understand why kids my age (20s) are unstable as hell most of the time but want 10 kids so bad. I say wait until you have your shit together and you can make better decisions before starting a family. My aunt is in her 40s and is having her first child. She is established with a career, car, house, and spouse. This stability gives your child a better chance at life in my opinion.
