This vid brings a warm feeling. Back when I bought my first MTU, it got attacked every time I deployed it; so I retired it for several years. Guy wasnt primarily after the MTU though, he was loaded for PVP and hoping the miner would be stupid enough to attack him; hence the close range. If you want to kill the MTU and be reasonably safe from this type of trap - you snipe from range. I have killed a few lost/abandoned MTUs, and even if the owner has said "sure kill it, I dont want to go back for it", I do so from 50+ km; or what ever my max range is - just in case.

@@dknapp7039 True, however, until recently, I didnt have the skills to fly one, so dont automatically think of it - TBH, I dont fly it that often, even now I have it; risking much cheaper ships is less stressful, as I can always build more myself.

@@Asilthar in eve you should expect a bait from everything. If you kill mtus you should be able to do that from beyond of scram or web range. Kill mtu, Check the killmail for loot and if there is good loot, take it with own mtu. Thy guy in the vid is jusy a noob.
