Yes. The nestor fit is quite cheap, only the hull and geckos drives the price up. I'll post the astero fit below. This is a frequent misconception in EvE. You always pvp, you must expect pvp once undocked. PvE is something you do while hunting or waiting someone drop on you. Pure pve mentality leads to frustration in this game.

One of the best ways of catching a pvp ship is via pve. Once you understand how to bait you'll have asteros with Nestors tackling you and you'll instead get their loot or die trying.
