If this video came out a week ago and i would have watched this, i would have sent it to my best friend. She studied so much during the year and she worked to hard in the last two weeks, that she has completely burned out. Because she had all this pressure on her, she does not have the strength or courage to do her exams. For this reason, she will be repeating a year to do this all over again. Im so glad that you are addressing this situation and i hope this has helped people.❤️

Dealing with something like law, you cannot force through it.or else u will crash and burn...first priority i consider is patience and energy conservation..i make sure i sleep early and plenty. ur brain functions best when its fully rejuvinated with enough rest. I just want to say thank you so much for this video, your positive attitude throughout this video (even if things aren't always going your way) is really contagious. To be honest I was pretty much on the verge of tears when I started watching this because I have never been so stressed in my life (to the point where I think it's giving me a fever). When you had your little chat with yourself I had a proper cry because it really resonated with me. It is currently 16:30 and I just now had lunch because I just couldn't leave my desk. I have a huge exam in two days and I have only gone over maybe 60% of the material and it's really really stressing me out and I am just not able to go through it at the pace that I want. But I just can't keep torturing myself like this because I have 4 more exams after this one and there needs to be still some of me left. I'm going to try to take things easier and just do my best, because after all that's all I can really do.

Although, idk if you’ve ever been this critical on yourself, but I have been studying for the LSAT and every single question I get wrong I put so much blame on myself.
