No, but you can use alpha skill injectors, 50k sp per day.

I am a struggling new player who is Caldari. I have been using the Condor for a while now but i know i need to update my ship and i cannot decide if the Kestrel is better for me than the Corax for JUST PVE, i have no desire to PVP. I am playing free to play, so i don't have the bells and whistles that people get with the omega package or whatever it's called. Is the Kestrel good enough for a while while i do extended agent missions? Or should i invest in a Corax for missions? I am strictly talking about doing agent missions where i have to destroy targets / bases / objects. I like your videos btw!

If you feel you need more dps or want to get faster through your missions, go for the Corax. Otherwise the Kestrel is absolutely fine as long as you stick to Level 1 Agent Missions! =)

Tristan is a Very good ppl call it the best frigate in the game ... my first kill i was against 2 tristan in a t1 amar frigate i killed one and bailed out it depends on how thing roll out sometime how you land react etc. anyway take the one you like for his looking mate ^^ they all can do well.

Yeah I've been based out of Konora since it's 10js from Horde staging and the way up isn't camped nearly as bad as the otherside of Geminate and the lowsec around the jita to Geminate entrance.
