Shield kestrel can take on a beam tormentor at heated web range (assuming skills will allow that range with rage nova) if they don't have XRay and win the dps race straight up. Dual web tormentor would probably win if the fight doesn't start at range. Seems like minmatar don't fly tormentor near as much as amarr (at least in late ustz) so I've unfortunately not had as much tries as I want.

Yeh i hear you on that one i fair my chances against a dual web torm if it warps into me but like you mentioned if its established a good distance at the start its gg orr i warp out :).
