I don't follow. Who said that it's "made of quartz"? There's nothing about it in the vid (I was so confused by your comment that I've watched that part again). He's talking about the movement (i.e., the engine). I mean, quartz crystals can be affected by many things like temperature, falling down etc. but still a good quality quartz watch will most probably last longer and be more reliable than a cheap automatic one.

Being on good terms with somebody doesn't equal being in love or being compatible partners but I have an absolute respect for people who can talk about their exes with warmth and respect. I bet that all the negative emotions were put into the "auntie Helen" character - all negatives were overexaggerated for comedic purpose to the point that he can laugh about it now. I don't know them, it's just a theory. He mentioned in an interview that he was working two jobs and didn't have time for her though. It's sad when good people are parting ways but it's still better to have a friend than salty ex-spouse.

Not gonna lie, I LOVE my le creuset pots and griddles....and tea pot. I'd throw hands over that tea pot. I do have enameled cast iron Dutch ovens, but I bought cheaper versions of those. If we got a divorce, if be sad to lose the Dutch ovens, but I would go down fighting over any le creuset item.
