Y’know, now that I’m reading this... it does have a distinct tart/sour quality to it. But, the predominant flavor is the saltiness from the corned beef. (I get mine with half pastrami, so it’s even saltier.) Then the melted cheese and the dressing give it a kind of creaminess. That is so interesting how the “art of suggestion” works. Your description probably will subconsciously alter the way I experience a Reuben from now on.

Hearty chuckles allllll around!!!! The only ones edible were the Truffle fries. The Reuben (and I LOVE corned beef) tastes like straight sauerkraut and a touch of rye. The Gyro tastes like spoiled yogurt. The Biscuit one tastes like sawdust. This year was lackluster and Lays HAS to make better choices.

Happy belated my fellow Leo (8/2 right here!)...I didn't really care for any flavors this year, but I guess if I had to pick I'd go with the biscuits and gravy. Overall it was a flop this go around though. Also, corned beef is good, but not that way lol. You gotta cook it in the crock pot with some cabbage and carrots and potato chunks for like 8 hours. It gets all tender and flavorful. Your house gonna smell like heaven and your taste buds will be dancing!

Happy (well now it's belated) Birthday! I thought gyro would be my favorite but it's my least favorite. I actually prefer the Reuben over the gyro (and I don't like Reuben sandwiches) lol.
