Pickled Pepper Recipe
Ingredients :
1 kg bell pepper
2 carrots
3 gherkins (Cucumis melo var. flexuosus).
2 tomatoes
150 gr white cabbage
8 cloves of garlic
1 hot pepper
5-6 green beans
250 ml vinegar (2 tea glasses)
half a teaspoon of lemon salt
3 tablespoons of rock salt (coarse salt for pickling)
hot water
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 kg bell pepper,
2 cups of rice,
2 medium onions,
2 tomatoes,
2 cloves of garlic,
2 tablespoons of tomato paste,
1 teaspoon of lemon salt or juice of 1 lemon,
salt, black pepper, chili pepper, cumin and sumac,
1 tea glass of olive oil,
Pomegranate syrup,
1 tea glass of water,
fresh or dried basil,
dill, parsley,
mint,
for the sauce; 1.5 tablespoons tomato paste,
salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, mint, lemon salt,
