I've listened to him every night before bed.. He is AMAZING! A person can listen to any song from opera, classic rock to the Best Religious song of all time and fall totally in Love.. Loved your comments! Some described my reaction, almost one year ago, of the first time I heard Amazing Grace. Had no idea who Dan Vasc was. I was completely blown away! Like most others, I had heard this song many many times, but when I heard Dan's version, I couldn't believe what I was hearing. It was incredible... unbelievably triumphat! 😂 I am 81 and never really liked "Metal".... Dan has completely changed me. I don't like all of it (like any listener of any genre), but there is SO much more that I like, I amaze myself sometimes. I haven't heard Dan sing any Country & Western yet. I have listened to numerous covers by Dan Vasc and then compared them to the originals. So far Dan has come out on top. I think it is because very few singers have his vocal range and his ability to exploit that incredible range. I'm 81, and over the years I have listened to all the great singers from Caruso to Pavarotti, and all the ones in between, but Dan is in a class by himself.

Gethsemane is unbelievable. He throws in acting skills which are very authentic. He drew on a lot pain from his father’s illness and ultimately death from cancer. It’s an epic vocal and acting performance. Beautiful lighting too.

I'd say 99.9% of all women, actually. There was a commenter on one of his recent Facebook reel posts, who started bad-mouthing him and spouting stuff I won't repeat, and calling him a "misogynist" (woman-hater), which he is not. She based her theory on the intro to the reel for "Breaking the Silence." She basically said (what an ego) that he was "dissing" HER, because he looked right at HER in that intro, and called HER a "blue-haired land whale." Sheesh! There are, of course, all SORTS of interpretations "out there," about that phrase, but basically what he and Erik Grönwall were saying throughout their intro to the reel, was that they are "breaking the silence," that is always being decreed by the "woke" culture--as a whole. They weren't picking on either one TYPE of person, or one PERSON, at all. It's just that they were/are letting it be known that they are refusing to be pushed around, just as a WHOLE lot of other people are. 😀

Yes, it is almost impossible to choose even 5-10 favorite Dan Vasc songs… however the most emotionally raw song he recorded is An American Triology…recording it just one week after his father died of cancer 5 years ago. Also watch his video of Gethsemane, from JC Superstar, it is spectacular! There truly isn’t anything he can’t sing with incredible power, emotion, grit, passion and the list could go on and from on! Great reaction. I can't pick a favorite.....so many come to mind. However, my favorite metal song of his would probably be Kickstart My Heart, followed by Black Wind, Fire and Steel and Pokerface. I have missed his videos for the last few months.

Great reaction. Loved Dans song and the way he smiled with joy through the whole positive strong and powerful song. I had just wathed a positive, loving mothers day song that was so emotional that I fell apart and couldn't get myself back together. Then, I realized listening to Dan Vasc sing powerful uplifting battle sings would probably do it. A couple more sings, including I’ll Make a Man Out Of You will bet me back to feeling strong.
