If hope still survives we have to survive with it. What strength we have left is to use it for our long journey. Fight for our loved and fallen ones and they will be always proud be of us. Depression leads loneliness but love and conscience still lives within us. Even there are terrible things that happened recently it's never too late to give ourselves up and to make better things for life. We must trust ourselves as we trust our own fate and destiny.

No matter what price had to be paid, her people had to try to win their freedom back, even if they lost, because if they tried nothing, her whole race would perish.

Soft, sad music played in the background as she looked out at the rain. The pain in her heart filling the entire room. She had let her kingdom down. Her father. Herself. And it had cost her everything. A soft knock come from her door; but she couldn't pull herself from the rain. "Princess...." Still she remained frozen in place, silent. "Princess come away from the window." She half turned towards him, her eyes never meeting his. "I failed." "Princess sometimes we all fall and we fail; but you have to make the choice to get back up and fight. Stay strong." Now she looked at him. Her guard. Her knight, and secrete love. Standing strong. His look of full understanding. "I'm not strong like you. I don't know how to keep fighting." He took a step towards her. Gently taking her face in his hand, as he moved a strand of hair from her face. "Let me fight for you. Stand up and show them how strong you truly are. Let me stand behind you and show you that your not alone." Her eyes moved up to his, as he gently placed his lips to hers. Suddenly taking the pain from her, wrapping himself around her as she let go of her fear and pain as he gave her a new strength and a new hope for tomorrow. A better future.

Part 8 A lesser foe would have fallen quickly to the brutality of the ork. He would have been ground into the dust and broken for the beast to roar its victory over. Tyros was not a lesser foe. Tyros Fahl was a Lord-Captain, the very pinnacle of what it meant to be a Blade of the Last Light. He moved around the beast, almost dancing as he struck, again and again. It could barely block each strike, and Tyros knew it would not be long until his sword would taste blood. The first strike finally got through, a simple flesh wound, but it served to make the beast aware of its position, struck fear into it. Another landed, and another and another. Their dance continued like that, amidst the flames, the ork bleeding from several wounds. Tyros could not help but feel at home like this, amidst the flames. It reminded him of his home, his training days in the duelling cages. He sidestepped away from the greenskin's axe as it tried to land a blow, then his sword came up in a flash of blue light, severing the brute's arm by at the elbow. His next strike landed, and he nodded in grimm satisfaction as he heard the head of the ork land on the ground with a heavy thump. He switched his vox channel back on, as reports started piling in. Victory, at minimal cost. He removed his helmet from his head and hung it from his belt. He was proud of his men, and their efficiency. As his lieutenants made their way towards him, he gave both of them a nod "A battle well fought, brothers." He stopped when he saw the expression on Phoris' face, however. His old friend had a grimm look in his eyes, which Tyros knew all too well. His suspicions were confirmed when his brother shook his head. Tyros sheathed his blade and took a step forward "Report." Phoris looked around for a moment, clearly uneasy "Two of our gunships have been shot down, the others have been forced back. We are stranded." Jaegil looked around to his brother lieutenant, it was clearly the first time he heard of this as well "What could have done such a thing?" Phoris answered in a harsh tone, clearly resigned to a fate he had not informed the others of yet "The God Engine that took the life of Lord-Captain Kelros." Jaegil sighed and removed his helmet as well "Then we are dead already." They stood there for a moment, taking a some time out of their final breaths to each recall their service by their brothers' sides. They'd seen much together, nearly three hundred years of war. Then, Tyros broke the silence "Then let us choose the way we die. In a blaze of glory." He gestured towards one of his sergeants "A map, crude is fine, as long as it is somewhat accurate." Phoris nodded "So no attempt to run." It was not a question, merely a statement of fact. He knew his Lord well enough. Tyros would not run, not try to evade his death. He would simply make it count. "Take up positions at the designated spots around the complex. When the Gargant shows itself, we assault it on foot, no tanks. We fight our way inside and place charges to take the thing out, or at least cripple it long enough for one of our own Titans to clean up the mess." Tyros looked around. A little over eighty of his brothers all listened attentively. To them, his word was law, the only absolute in this moment. "It's a suicide mission, plain and simple. But we are dead men anyways, so we better make it count." He laughed "We can not win this battle, but this death is of our own choice. That is how we deny them their victory. Now go." As the Gargant pushed into the destroyed fortress, it was met with nothing but silence. The orks swarming around the base of the giant machine had no idea where the enemy had gone. Communication had suggested a good fight had been waiting for them here, so they had come with their God Machine in great numbers. Tyros almost snarled as he felt his blood boil at the sight of them. He felt the Rage welling up in him again. Pushing it down, he signaled Phoris to open up. Several of their brothers that brought heavier weapons to bear opened up with him, drawing the orks away from the Gargant. As their attention was drawn elsewhere, Tyros signaled the charge. He had instructed his men to fight their way towards the Gargant, and they did. Many thousands stood between them and their target and they were already tired and low on ammo. But 9th company pushed forward either way. Their brothers began to fall around them, the lights of their helmet lenses dimming one final time. But they did not stop. Tyros felt a sharp pain as one of the greenskins slipped a knife between the plates of his armour, into his side, but he smashed the beast aside and kept running, fuelled by purpose, by duty and the will to at least stop that monstrous machine here. Their fervour would later be immortalized in song, as a mere fifteen made it to the entrance into the giant machine, neither Phoris nor Jaegil amongst those few. But these few kept fighting, even as they set the charges inside the giant machine, and lost another four in the process. As Tyros activated the explosives and the God Machine burned around them, he turned towards the final seven remaining brothers by his side. The words he spoke to them were later recovered from the recordings their helmets had saved, and immortalised in the venerated halls of the Spire's libraries. "Brothers, make no mistake. We die here today, but this is by no means a victory for these beasts. Their God Machine burns, and they have failed." His hand rose to his chest "They could not kill the fire in our hearts, nor will they be able to quench its heat in our blood." His lips curled into a proud smile, as he looked each of his brothers in the eyes "They will never have this. We denied them their victory." As they walked out of the crumbling machine and back into the battle with the orks, he simply added "I'll see all of you again when we meet on the burning fields. Glory to the 9th!" With a cheer and a battlecry, the last remnants of the 9th threw themselves into battle with renewed zeal. Later, it would be a point of discussion amongst the librarians of the Blades of the Last Light whether he truly spoke those words at the end, but the old sorcerer overseeing the records would simply smile, as he always did, and add "Who knows? None made it out to deny it. Besides, some stories are too good to be marked by a simple, inelegant truth."

This music is wonderful. There is a common typo on the title image of the album and the name of the album in iTunes, though. "loose" is the opposite of "tighten". The opposite of "find" is spelled "lose". That typo isn't in the title of this video.

His horse companion lays there while the light slowly faids away from his large eyes. His head falls on the now wet ground below his lifeless body. The rain falls harder with a flash of lightning and the booming of thunder off in the distance, as the young man looks up to the sky and yells with sorrow in his heart.
