I used to feel sorry for Gwen when it came to Sarah but then I did a rewatch and saw that she had a HUGE part in what happened to her. She didn't listen to the doctors at all! She left the hospital even though the doctor told her not to. This was before she knew Theresa was in LA. She left without taking her meds. The meds that were supposed to help her AND Sarah! And mostly she shouldn't have left the hospital to go fight Theresa. She should have said screw Ethan and protected her baby. That's what real moms would do. She is just as guilty as Theresa if not more because it was her job to protect her baby and she did a horrible job! So I no longer feel bad for her.
