Macaron is what you're eating in this video. They're made mostly as discs and are allowed to rest before they're baked. Afterwards, they're sandwiched with some sort of filling. Macaroons are similar in basic ingredients (but not in method) and they're a completely different shape, usually a ball, and almost always have coconut.

Sizzlers along with El Torito, failed here in Phoenix decades ago. But you can still find 1 or 2 sizzlers around. The same thing happened wit Islands restaurants. I think there's only one left, if I'm not mistaken.

Suggestion on the hot dog. Get a knife, cut in half and eat from the middle to the end. That way you get all of it in the first bite. Plus, it's easier to pick up.

If you guys want to try the best macarons in the universe you'll want to visit Honey and Butter at either the Irvine Spectrum or at Steelcraft in Garden Grove. Trust me when I say they will ruin macarons for you. Also, please tell you've had the Matterhorn Macaroon from Jolly Holiday.
