Bad experience. Bought it because it looks aesthetically pleasing and the price was good. However, the box came with missing parts, no handle bar, no coffee cup holder. The car seat does not easily attach to the stroller at all and it's always a struggle. So I returned it and will get the uppa vista or nuna instead.

Great REVIEW! And I mean that this is a real review, and not an advertisement in disguise. That alone makes watching this entire video worth the price of admission. Therefore, I liked, subbed, belled, and commented. I’m not a parent, but I am a trash picker. I just found one of these in a dumpster today. But it is missing the safety crossbar that you made reference to that interferes with putting it in the trunk. Even I know that that is a mandatory safety device for strollers. My intention was to clean it up and donate it online. But if it’s missing an essential part, I might as well leave it at the dumpster. 😔 Thanks again for leaving your review.

We have this stroller- got it because we knew we’d have a second child quickly (we’re due in November with our second and they will be 2 years apart). To loved the car seat, we used the one it came with, and have enjoyed the stroller. I’m excited to use it as a double and see how we feel about it then. I will say for smaller grocery store trips the basket is large so we don’t need a shopping cart, which we love.

I got this system when my daughter was born and HATED IT. I did not like the material, the way it handled, how big it was etc. I sold the whole thing and got a city mini and switched my daughter to a convertible car seat. 2 years later I’m pregnant with my second and got a (gently) used Vista and I am in love! It does not compare. The price difference is there for a reason. That’s my 2 cents. Great review as always. Your content is just magnificent and I will continue supporting your channel even after I’m done having kids 😂 God bless!!

Nice to see your review on XPAND. With newborn twins I got both Pivot XPAND and regular Pivot travel system that comes with one baby seat and a bassinet that can turn into toddler seat (opposite to XPAND's seat-turn-into-bassinet). This way we have 2 identical baby seats with 2 strollers to fit when we need to take one or both kids out. I found XPAND is a lot smoother to maneuver than its slightly smaller cousin. Besides better build design and quality on axles and handles, with adaptors moved up XPAND has a lot most weight on back wheels and can turn a lot easier. I like Pivot XPAND stroller a lot and recommend it over regular Pivot, with just a little smaller footprint. (Never used other higher-end double stroller so I don't know what I missed.) Something odd about this Evenflo series, though. The toddler seat and bassinet are NOT interchangeable, despite using the same car seat. So I had to buy one more toddler seat when twins grew bigger. That's my thoughts on Pivot XPAND vs. Pivot. Hope it's helpful.
@sarachamboullides43552 жыл бұрын
Can you explain more about what you meant when you said the bassinet and toddler seat are not interchangeable? Do you mean a bassinet from the smaller system?
@longochu85882 жыл бұрын
@@sarachamboullides4355 The toddler seat that comes with Xpand can not be out on the regular Pivot, and the bassinet in Pivot can't be used Xpand either, even the baby seat that comes with each system can be used on the other.

Can't speak on the anything else but the expand, but we have been using it for 16 months now. We have put well over 600 miles on it and it still rides like the day we got it. Our baby had his best naps in the bassinet configuration. That being said, I will echo the issues with the canopy on afternoon walks and the foot adjustments do stick. Also we haven't traveled much with the stroller. Most of this miles have been around the neighborhood .

This is uninformed opinion. But my guess is that an (inline) tandem would be easier to maneuver, but less stable. And that a side-by-side would be more stable (less likely to tip over) but harder to maneuver.

This is a stroller I want to get more acquainted with. I haven't pushed the Maverick in person but it looks like yet another great purchase in the range of the XPAND, Gazelle S, Mockingbird, B-Ready field of strollers. It looks like it may have a better fold, larger wheels than Mockingbird (smoother ride) and it may even be a better double option. (Mockingbird as a double has a few more configuration restrictions) I can't say how good it is for sure, but the Maverick certainly has my attention.

I have this stroller! (Actually I got it because of one of your videos) I used the bassinet a lot and it was a life saver at many moments when my daughter was a newborn! The car seat became small for her when she was around 6 or 7 months and I moved her to the Cybex 360 car seat. But it was great until then. One issue I had was that walking a little faster made the wheels jiggle too much. Like if you are running from the rain. Other than that, no complaints. Looks good, useful and lots of storage. Eventually I got a jogging stroller and stopped using the Evenflo. But I’ll definitely used it again when I have a second child.

Curious your opinions on only getting a convertible car seat instead of an infant? Also, wagon vs. stroller? Want to go the most minimal as possible without sacrificing too much.
@paigealexandriax3 жыл бұрын
Hi mama!! I actually opted to go straight to the convertible and skip the infant with my daughter. I ended up wearing her mostly when we’d be out and I really didn’t miss the ease that they say the infant car seat brings. I knew I wouldn’t mind taking her out of the car seat regardless if she was sleeping or not because I wanted to minimize her being in that scrunched car seat position. Doing the same when we have next babe 🤍
@meganrose52243 жыл бұрын
I'm considering the same with my second, I can't really decide!! Used a travel system with my first and UT was just okay. He's now in a convertible which has been so much better for him since we made the change from the ts car seat.
@anumqassam29633 жыл бұрын
As a sleep deprived mom who had limited support from my husband M-F, the infant car seat is clutch if you have an amenable baby -- because when that little baby is asleep the LAST thing you want is to wake them up. In that case just get a Doona. But all babies are different. Ultimately I gave birth to a little tyrant who would only fall asleep on me and not in the car seat. So we probably could have avoided the infant car seat altogether :)

What do you think is better overall between the evenflo and the maxi cosi travel system
@jayjayg23923 жыл бұрын
I loved it as a single. I had my 1 year old in it since she was born. Loved the car seat that came with it and it was super helpful while using it with the car seat since I didn't have to take her out of it during the winter. The transition to the toddler seat was awesome and we used it all summer long. Fast forward to now. I have a newborn and a 1 year old. I love that I am able to use it as a double and didn't have to purchase anything for my newborn since I am using the car seat from a year ago and the toddler seat. I have notice I am beginning to dislike it as I am using it as a double more. It is way to hard to maneuver as a double. I have a big 1 year old she is 27 pounds and with her weight in the front it's harder to turn the stroller. I have to put the toddler seat at the top and car seat at the bottom and I don't like that since my newborn is further away. I am looking at other options because this is a huge no for me. If it had bigger tires at the front that would be awesome. Or just bigger more all terrain tires would work too similar to what the wagon has.
